"You" or "your" means a user of the SiteApplication, an applicant or a potential client.

Your use of the SiteApplication shall be governed by the terms set out in these “Terms of Use”. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please stop using the SiteApplication immediately. By accessing and using this SiteApplication you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use.  They should be read in conjunction with any details provided on the SiteApplication about how the SiteApplication operates and the services which are available. We may alter these Terms of Use from time to time without notice.

  2. You hereby acknowledge that any information you post/provide within the SiteApplication are correct and accurate, Sela doesn’t hold any liability due to the inaccuracy of such information.

You must not defame, libel, ridicule, mock, disparage, threaten, harass, intimidate, abuse, bully, trick, defraud or mislead Us and/ or other users.  You warrant that any content submitted by you does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Us or any other third party or constitute a misuse of confidential information.

  1. All rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyright) in this SiteApplication, its content and design are owned by or licensed to Us. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved

  2. You must not otherwise reproduce, adapt, store, transmit, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of the content or design of this SiteApplication except with our prior written consent or as permitted by applicable copyright legislation. If you print off, copy or download any part of the SiteApplication in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the SiteApplication will cease immediately and You must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials You have made.

  3. All trademarks, trade names, service marks and other product and service names and logos on this SiteApplication are owned by or licensed to Us and are protected by applicable trade mark trademark and copyright laws.  You are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval,

However, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, in respect of our security measures and we are not responsible for any misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification and disclosure of information provided by You to Us.

  2. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the SiteApplication and, in particular, You must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the SiteApplication or any computer system, server, router or any other internet-connected device.

  3. We are not liable to You or third parties if interference with or damage to your computer system occurs in connection with use of this SiteApplication or any linked websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the SiteApplication and is compatible with the SiteApplication. You also understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any content of the SiteApplication will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the safety and reliability of data input and output.

  1. Prohibited uses

You may use the SiteApplication only for lawful purposes.  You may not use our siteapplication:

  1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

  2. In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

  3. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

  4. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

  5. To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

You also agree:

  1. Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our SiteApplication in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Use.

  2. Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt: 


    1. any part of our SiteApplication;

    2. any equipment or network on which our SiteApplication is stored;

    3. any software used in the provision of our siteapplication; or

    4. any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

  4. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Terms of Use through your use of our SiteApplication. When a breach of this Terms of Use has occurred, We may take such action as We deem appropriate. 

  5. Failure to comply with this Terms of Use constitutes a material breach upon which You are permitted to use our SiteApplication, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:


    1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our SiteApplication.

    2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by You to our SiteApplication.

    3. Legal proceedings against You for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

    4. Further legal action against You.

    5. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as We reasonably feel is necessary.

    6. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this Terms of Use.  



  1. No warranties

This SiteApplication is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Sela express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this SiteApplication or the materials contained on this SiteApplication. Also, nothing contained on this SiteApplication shall be interpreted as advising You.

  1. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Sela from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

  1. Variation of Terms

Sela is permitted to revise these Terms of Use at any time as it sees fit, and by using this SiteApplication you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

  1. Assignment

Sela is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use without your consent. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Us and You in relation to your use of this SiteApplication, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply to these Terms of Use and all disputes relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All information provided on this application is published in good faith and for general informational purposes only. Sela  makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Any action you take based on the information you find on this application is strictly at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with your use of our application.
